Welcome to Vivace Method. By using our website and enrolling in our music programs, you agree to the following terms. These rules ensure a fair and professional environment for both our students and our instructors.
1. Enrollment and Accounts
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must register on your behalf.
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate contact and payment information.
Access: Your account is for your personal use only. Sharing login credentials or lesson links with third parties is strictly prohibited.
2. Tuition and Payments
Billing: All fees are charged in usd. Payment is required in advance to secure your lesson time slot.
Subscriptions: Your payment method will be charged automatically on the same date each month until you cancel it with written notice and completion of withdrawal form.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust our rates. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect for existing students.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
The 24-Hour Rule: To cancel or reschedule a lesson without being charged, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Late Cancellations: Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable and will not be rescheduled.
Teacher Absences: If an instructor is unavailable, we will provide a qualified substitute or issue a full credit to your account for a future lesson.
Late Arrival: If you arrive late to a digital session, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time.
4. Technical Requirements
Student Responsibility: You are responsible for having a working instrument, a stable internet connection, and functioning audio/video hardware (webcam and microphone).
Connectivity Issues: We cannot offer refunds for lessons missed due to technical issues on the student’s end. We recommend testing your setup 5 minutes before every lesson.
5. Intellectual Property
All digital materials provided—including sheet music, worksheets, and proprietary video content—are the property of Vivace Method.
These materials are for your personal educational use only. You may not record, distribute, or sell these materials without our written consent.
6. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to lessons immediately, without a refund, for:
Disrespectful, harassing, or inappropriate behavior toward staff or other students.
Failure to pay tuition on time.
Repeated violations of these terms.
